Delivery time: Usually,we will prepare the goods within 24hours after we get the payment . then send out as soon as possible. Once we ship out the parcel . we will provide you the tracking numbers for tracking. Normally, it will take 4-6 working days to your house.

Shippment: We handle all kinds of shipping ways according to the customer.  such as by air, by express(EMS, DHL, TNT, FEDEX ,UPS). Customers are responsible for providing a full valid address for delivery.

Return policy:  usually when we send the products out, our sender will check all products carefully. but maybe have some damage on the way or other else. so when you get them, please check them carefully. if have any problem. then don't sign in. or when you get the products, If you are not satisfied , please take photo for the problem of products. that will be a evidence to get a new one from factory.  you can ship back, we will send the new ones to you. Please make sure it's in unworn and unused condition and original packaging. When return, please write on a paper and put in the parcel so we know from you: the item number(same as in our website) and your email address.

Customs policy: For customs clearance, we have many methods and experiences, so your package always will safe to deliver. You don't need to pay other costs. Including tariff . But if there is a exception, like your package is took at your country customs, we will attempt to let it released. if not. we will give you some compensation.
All packages must be signed for. If no one is at home to receive your package, then it will be held in your local post until you are able to sign for the package.Thank you for your business.
